Repatterning is an interactive system that is facilitated by a trained practitioner.  It allows you to create positive change in any area of your life where you experience limitation, struggle or imbalance.  It’s a process of transforming the patterns that manifest as your life challenges, such as: poor health, financial distress, unfulfilling relationships, lack of self confidence, blocked creativity, never having enough time, etc.  Once these non-coherent patterns are identified and shifted, positive outcomes are automatically experienced.  Your challenges truly give you an opportunity to move to a higher level of order, awareness and self-expression.  They simply let you know there are areas of discord that need to be updated to a higher frequency of resonance and coherence.

What is most important to look for in an Essential Oil?

An essential oil that is pure, unadulterated, high quality, and classified as therapeutic grade, is safe and powerfully effective for people of all ages. On the other hand, poor quality oils can actually be quite toxic and harmful!

Oils that have been distilled too quickly or with too much heat and pressure will not have the potency or balanced proportion of constituents that give an essential oil the high therapeutic properties and powerful effectiveness.

Quality control protocols must be rigorously applied to every batch of oil that is distilled, and expensive laboratory testing is necessary to verify the quality and purity of each batch. Few companies can meet this standard. So, most essential oils (aromatherapy) will be marginally beneficial to quite toxic. Unfortunately, all too often, the later is the case.
